Prepare the surface so it is firm, clean and dry

The oil must be applied to an absorbent surface

Apply the oil with a brush or cloth.

Excess oil must be wiped off with a dry cloth no later than 20 minutes after application. Without wiping, the surface can become greasy and sticky.

If a finer surface is desired, you can use wet sanding paper and a sanding block. Wipe afterwards with a clean and dry cloth.

Drying time at 20°C 4-5 hours depending on the wood surface. But the item can be used immediately.

The oil is finally cured after about one week.

NOTE: Linseed oil rags can self-ignite. Therefore, dispose of rags in an airtight container and cover them with water. Or place them in a plastic bag with water and tie a knot on the bag.
