Terms and Conditions
Payment
No78 accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay, Visa Electron, Maestro, ApplePay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped, or delivery of the item has been agreed upon. Exceptions include special orders, where payment is debited upon order placement. This applies, for example, to products where No78 performs upholstery work and/or sewing of cushions for the item. It will be stated under the individual product on the website if the product is a special order and payment will therefore be debited upon order placement.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we debit or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

No78 uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by external parties.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is typically 1-5 business days for items in stock. For items not in stock, the delivery time is typically between 2-16 weeks, depending on the product. The current delivery time can be found under each product. All information about delivery times should be considered indicative, as we reserve the right for delayed delivery from our suppliers, as well as delays in overseas shipping.
Delivery area: As a general rule, we only deliver goods within Denmark. By arrangement, delivery to other countries may also be possible. Please contact us for more information.
No78 offers delivery & dispatch of goods in the following ways:
- Collection from physical store
- PostNord - Parcel shop
- Delivery to private and business addresses in Denmark.
We handle delivery ourselves (internal freight forwarder) to addresses on the Danish mainland and islands connected by bridge. This allows us to coordinate directly with you regarding a suitable delivery time. For delivery to islands not connected by bridge, we use an external carrier, which may result in higher delivery costs and longer delivery times.
When shipping with PostNord, you will receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from dispatch to arrival at the parcel shop. For delivery to your address, No78 will contact you via the provided email or phone number to arrange a suitable delivery time at the address.
Freight is usually calculated based on weight.

Right of Withdrawal
A full 14-day right of withdrawal is granted for goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order, or under the purchased product on the website. The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders, where the purchase is binding.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Notification of withdrawal must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the item must be in our possession no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to No78 to assess the condition of the item.

Right of Complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted for products in accordance with Danish sales law. The right of complaint covers defects in material and manufacturing.
Complaints will not be accepted for natural variations and cosmetic deviations, such as:
- Cosmetic deviations that are invisible during normal use, e.g., on a hidden underside or backside.
- Naturally occurring variations in wood veneer.
- Naturally occurring variations in leather.
- Naturally occurring knots in solid wood or their placement.
- Minor air bubbles in glass-blown products.
- Any light sources and batteries included with an item. These are not part of the item but are included as a service to help the customer determine what type the item uses.
- Irregularities in unique products and wear and tear in vintage products.
The above points are therefore not in themselves an accepted reason for complaint.Â
Complaints regarding defects must be reported to No78 within a reasonable time after receipt of the item.
Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
 We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right to complain lapses in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
No78 covers reasonable return costs for complaints.
If you wish to complain about a product, you must always contact us by email first so we can make further arrangements.

Complaints
For complaints, our email address must be provided: shop@no78.dk, as well as the website where you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Klageløsning via the Complaints Portal of Nævnenes Hus (Link).
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
