Handmade leather poufs from Morocco

At No78, we are proud to present our handmade Moroccan poufs in 100% natural ox leather, which over time develops a beautiful patina and only gets better with more use. Saha, owner of No78, often travels to Morocco to personally select the most beautiful handmade products, including our Moroccan leather poufs, hand-woven rugs, hand-blown glass, and hand-painted ceramics.

The poufs are not only an aesthetic statement but also practical and durable. They are filled with cotton scraps, which makes them firm and ensures they maintain their shape for many years. You can choose from several colors and different patterns, depending on whether you want a classic, neutral pouf or a more decorative model that attracts attention.

Care and maintenance of leather poufs

Leather is a natural material that only gets more beautiful over time, and our leather poufs require minimal maintenance to stay beautiful for many years. To preserve the leather's suppleness and ensure it patinas beautifully, we recommend wiping the poufs with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. If stains occur, they can be gently cleaned with a cloth wrung out in mild soapy water. It is important to avoid harsh cleaning agents and excessive moisture, as this can damage the leather's surface.

For extra care, the leather can be treated with a leather care cream a couple of times a year, which prevents drying out and maintains the material's suppleness. The poufs should also not be placed in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause the leather to fade or dry out over time. If the pouf seems to sag, you can open it from underneath and add more cotton scraps.
